Believe it or not, Taco Bell is excellent hangover medicine. Nothing too Mexican though, just a couple of soft tacos will help considerably. Meat Sauce is also good, but consider eating only one half portion if your stomach is still in question.
2 Aleve [Naproxen], 1 Zantac [Ranitidine 150 mg], one bonghit [optional], a bag of ice on each side of your head.
I typed the real names of the drugs because the generics are more than half price at Walmart. 65 Ranitidine for 4 bucks at Walmart. Can't buy Zantac for double that.
Bong hit may be a little much if you are really hungover. I recommend a combination of advil, 1 (2) bowl packs, and Wendys. Percocet/hydrocodeine can also be added (no more then 10mgs), just do not take morphine or oxy (too strong and will only make it worse).
How is the hangover today? I quit drinking years ago just because of the bad after effects. Never had a gin and tequilla hangover, but it does sound extreme. I do know this, Crown Royal and wine is an accident waiting to happen.
